    • We provide recce routes on our website to help you leading up to the event.

    • The route is also available via the tracker link in multiple map types, including OS Maps. You will be able to pinpoint exactly where you are on the route where there is phone signal.

    • Friends and family will also have access to the tracker via the app and desktop version to track your progress. We will also use the tracker to closely monitor you throughout.

    Mandatory kit requirements

  • Your safety is our number one priority. We want to tell you about some of the things we do to keep you safe on event day.

    Safety on the trails

  • This event is open to anyone aged 20 or over on the date the event takes place.

  • You are unable to take part in this event with a dog.

  • You must not run with anyone else, other than fellow registered competitors, who is on foot, in a vehicle or on a bicycle along any part of the route.

You are only able to receive outside help from spectators and support crew who are stationary at spectator/support crew friendly checkpoints, or at other roadside locations.

  • Parking is on site, and you will be able to access your belongings easily if left in your vehicle. You also have the option of leaving a bag with us that will be available at the finish. This bag is for non-valuable items, such as clothing.

Please use a sealable bag, such as a rucksack. We will provide a tag for you to write your bib number and attach to your bag, so that we know that the bag belongs to you.

The bag will be put somewhere out of view. Whilst we will be in attendance all day within proximity, the bag is left at your own risk and therefore it is really important that valuable items are not left in the bag.

  • All the rules can be found here. They are subject to change.
